In the beginning.....

.... there was a man named Ed. He doubted the creative force of the FWS. He should not have doubted us for we are mighty and have much gile. Subdolous art our middle name, but over-the-top art our trademark.

BTW - there are waterfowl meeting your description in several areas of the southern hemisphere in addition to the Antarctic.
